Dr.Tiiu Hess is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained in ophthalmic plastic surgery. The most recent addition to the NTEC team of surgeons, Dr. Hess assists patients who have lid abnormalities or need procedures done to correct drooping eyelids, or lids that turn in or out, irritating the cornea and blurring vision.
Dr. Hess also performs eyelid surgery (blepharoplasties) and cosmetic eye procedures. Her extensive training as an oculoplastic surgeon means NTEC patients can expect excellent cosmetic and reconstructive results.
